Never received the parts that were ordered. Any email feedback appears to be automated and no help. No tracking number for my package yet they say it's been delivered. I did find a phone number that, after two days someone finally answered and they said my order wouldn't ship until the end of May. But emails state it's already been delivered. Wish I could give them a 0 but 1 is as low at the rating system will go.

I tried cancelling an order a week before it shipped and I got absolutely nowhere by email to get this accomplished. No one answers the phone the VOICE MAIL is FULL and just disconnects you when you try calling and leaving a message. They seriously need to monitor their email and respond in a timely manner if the phone isn't an option. Customer Service is non existent with this company!

Purchased bearings September 2025. Still waiting for refund as of December 30, 2025. No phone number to contact, no return department, no names affiliated with "company" email addresses. Checked the USPS tracking number, and it has been delivered to them.

ordered 2 nachi bearings last August have not received yet I sent three emails and no response I mean really 40$ bucks do you really need it !

VXB.com used to be my go to place for bearings. Recently I purchased two expensive all ceramic bearings. VXB.com shipped my items 3 weeks later. They were delivered in 2 days. Except, the shipment was not delivered to me. Upon first contact, VXB.com said to wait a week and contact my local post office. I did that. According to my local post office, my USPS tracking number was addressed to different person in my town. I contacted VXB.com again without any answer. I've sent several followup emails including filling out their online contact page. They refuse to answer. It's now 45 days after they shipped my item to the wrong address. No refund, no contact. Very poor customer service and I'm out $100. I cannot recommend this store.
