I ordered $1,186.78 in 2 different bearing types April 30th and only 1 of the 2 orders shipped and in still owed $479.80 in product. I have called and left messages when the voicemail was not full and e-mailed multiple times with no response other than an automated response saying I would hear back within 2-3 days. I would have easily ordered a few thousand dollars' worth of product from this company if they had better customer support.

They never ship orders, and are rude and give excuses.

We paid extra for fast shipping, but processing took far too long. It took more than two weeks just to receive the product. To make matters worse, their customer service is entirely non-existent. I attempted to call multiple times and no one answers the phone. I then sent an email and received an automated message claiming I would get a response within 2–3 days. I am still waiting for a reply. Extremely poor communication and unacceptable shipping delays when expedited fees were paid. Avoid this company if you need your parts on time.

I ordered a set of bearings for a fishing tell, and what they sent was not a full set. I asked to do a return, and sent them back. It's now been like 6 weeks, and they have not refunded my money. I would NEVER do business with this company again.

Ordered two sets of flat free wheels... a shipping label was created for both, an email saying one had been delivered arrived. USPS said that nothing had shipped, only two labels created. My purchase card was charged. I've placed three requests to cancel shipment and refund my card, but no response. I think the company is very likely fraudulently charging and not delivering.

One star is too much for VBX-Bearings. Their customer service is probably the worst I’ve ever come across. Nobody answers phones or responds to emails, absolutely pathetic. I do not recommend this worthless company. Just an example, I’ve been trying to get authorization for a return for over a month, no one has responded. So I’ll end up just eating the cost. Lesson learned NEVER use a company that you can’t call and talk to someone.

Paid $153 for a solar floating pool fountain that lights up at night. No it's two fountains.. owning the day one at night. The box was damaged when it arrived.....I have photos and videos and it is janky as crap. It was clearly returned and the whole front of the box had the cover removed. Looked up how to process a refund and they want 15% restocking fee and I have to pay to ship it back. When you sent me a clearly used item? Do not use this company. You will be sorely disappointed.

Never received the item that were ordered. Any email feedback appears to be automated and no help. No tracking number for my package yet they say it's been delivered. I get nowhere on the phone number supplied. goes to recording stating mail box is full. An email received on the date I ordered states it's already been delivered. Wow! For a $20 dollar item they must be desperate. Wish I could give them a 0 but 1 is as low at the rating system will go. BUYERS!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
