Let the buyer be ware
I ordered a 3-piece wall design for my reception office. It looked stunning on the website. To my dismay, I received a washout canvas picture. The colors were hardly vibrant like the photo portrayed. The pixelation was sub-par, quite fuzzy. I emailed (since they do not have a customer service phone line) to find out if there was an error in production, maybe the printer was low on ink. They assured me it was not along with some other reasons to justify their poor quality. I then asked for a refund for which they gave me some options, none of which were satisfactory. I chose the best one which was a 60% refund with a 40% shipping and restocking fee. After that email went through, they decided to offer a 50% refund plus I get to keep the product. Word of caution, do not do business with this company.
