no moissanite on the bracelet very disappointed does not pass the diamond test at all

Got a ring from them and it was missing quite a few stones. They offered me 5.00 and told me to take it to a repair shop. I said no then they offered 10 and I said I won’t negotiate on something I was supposed to receive in good condition. I would not order from these guys again at all. I’m sure after not taking their last offer they will now ghost me so I’m sure I’m stuck with a garbage can piece

I bought two moissanite tennis chains. The moissanite diamonds are in fact not moissanites. I tested them against real moissanites that I own. They are certainly fake. I wouldn't buy from this vendor again for certain.

TLDR: I ordered 2 bracelets and 1 arrived damaged, missing a large stone, looks absolutely awful, cannot wear it.. The 2nd bracelet was not as described at all... Tried everything to initiate a return.. Attempts to reach their "customer service" have resulted in nothing... Huge waste of time and money.. Avoid at all costs. Also half of their stuff is literally made of brass and smells of it.. Awful company, 0/5 stars if I could

They got the names wrong on both my custom pendants then claimed that I could have got someone else's package due to negligence on part of the warehouse and was offered a $12 compensation in return

Straight scammers. Order the king lion piece and it doesn't look nothing like the Lion on the companies website. False advertisement
