Need more updates on purchased items when getting made etc….

VVSBox sells fake Moissanite — the stones do not pass a diamond tester and are clearly not genuine. I reached out to their customer support multiple times requesting a refund, but they completely ignored my emails. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend buying from them.

This company is a scam. I had my doubt already with shipping information was off. Package arrived pretty quick. It came from Miami. That should tell you everything. They sent me a completely different item than what I ordered. I opened up the packaging and the pendant looks cheap. I’m pretty sure it’s brass or stainless steel instead of 925 silver and moissanite. Thank God, I took a chance on something not so expensive but still a loss.Do not waste you’re time and money

Cannot get complete tracking information. THe n the customer service rep informed i had to pay to get tracking . Still haven't received any information about the item i purchased .Didnt recievemy 15% offon my first purchase. If i cannot get the information i need. Will requesting a refund .
