I recently bought a soundbar that was suppose to come with a 10 Vudu credit that should’ve printed with my receipt. Needless to say it did not so I contacted Vudu to let them know I didn’t get the Vudu credit. After days of emailing receipts the picture of the box with the Vudu advertisement at first they told me I was just out of luck so I complained they should take their offer off the box they emailed me back to say they would credit me for 5.99. I was cool with getting the discounted credit. Well, I still have not received the credit and I have emailed them and they have yet to respond to any of those emails. I would say their customer service sucks at the very least. I k no snit was only a $10 credit but it’s just the fact that you shouldn’t add the offers if you don’t intend to follow thru and they have the worst customer service I have dealt with as far as how long it took to get a response and still not following thru with their word.

The worst service ever! The streaming has poor quality, a lot of buggs. Terrible

Horrible have never got to watch anything due to never ending buffering. Not sure how this is even a thing.

My husband and I use this streaming service. I cannot count the number of times we've lost our money on a rental because the system will suddenly stop working in the middle of a movie. Well, finally the last time it happened to us - last week - we decided to email Vudu and ask for a credit to our account so we can finish the movie we only made it 15 minutes into. (We literally could not get Vudu to reopen and play the movie all while all of our other streaming services/apps were working just fine). They gave us a snarky response saying they'd give us a $4 credit but it was "only a one time thing and they will NOT do it again." Probably won't take our chances on rolling the dice with this service anymore since it's often a let-down and more of a hassle.

We were hacked recently and someone added a debit/credit card (wasn't ours) to our Vudu account then I assume that same someone rented a movie on VUDU (we never rent movies we buy) then disputed charges, we had well over $5k worth of movies and they suspended my account of over 10 years of movies because of a $4.00 dispute, I wouldn't even notice $4.00 and would be embarrassed to dispute such a small amount. These morons want me to somehow figure out what card was used (hackers card) and screenshot a reverse in these disputed charges, I didn't dispute anything so how can I reverse it? After back and forth explaining, they just took my movies. Walmart owns VUDU now and these people just don't care anymore. Walmart needs to be shut down!! Regardless I'll take them to small claims just to force them to fly out a salary person and or a lawyer, wanna waist my money then I'll waist theirs! People there are lots of complaints on google now. B.S like this is how Blockbuster went bankrupt. FYI under the new terms they can delete your movies any time for no reason. Maybe time to go back to physical DVD's and let companies like VUDU go under. They can Kiss my a** now!!

Terrible I'm surprised that this is an actually company I bought movies that dont play I have a smart tv that for whatever reason vudu want cast to it dont spend any money with this company needs to go out of business

Bought a tv through walmart. Recieved 40 dollar movie credit. After a week it was gone. Opened a ticket with customer service, no reply. Then 6 days later they closed my ticket bc they said i didnt reply to them. I have the whole reply time stamped on my email that this was their first reply to me. Vudu is a scam. Get your movies else where

If you are bored, and go there just to find something to watch, MAYBE it will be OK. If you go there knowing what TV show season and/or episode you want, forget it. They have no search option to help you. You just scroll on & on & on. One of the dumbest things I've ever seen. A great place to waste a LOT of precious time; which I don't have to spare.
