Bought a $20 movie and called customer support and they stated the movie is buffing. It would kick us off and we would have to log back in every 5 minutes. We gave them the benefit of the doubt. Thinking it’s internet or something. The sale rep said she thought it was the Vudu. Longest movie of my life. Really sad, it’s a great concept but not great experiences from myself and what I have read this company needs to work out a lot of stuff. I didn’t know they also keep your cc information even if you want to delete it. That’s not right.

I called to ask why I was being charged for a movie that their app said was free. They told me it was mispriced... but I still had to pay 3.99 for the movie my app said was free. I'm not cool with being lied to about pricing. I woulda been OK if they gave me the discount that the app said. .. but I am definitely not OK with having to pay what their operator admitted was their mistake. Review left 12/02/19, 22:30

This came with my smart tv and it's terrible. It keeps cutting off and going back to the main page when I'm watching a tv show. How can u fix this problem?

Doesn’t get worse than this. They don’t honor their discounted first movie/purchase, and customer service is marginally English-speaking, and the worst! No effort whatsoever. Consistent errors on the UI side (email typos on their end, incorrect logins, errors in credit card numbers/entry), and no connection between the online service and ROKU devices. Everything that’s wrong about new tech. Epic fail for Walmart.

I would give no stars......the site said first time user you get a movie for .49 cent I signed up, I paid it showed in my bank statement, then it showed under Vudu. I went to play the movie in which it didn't play so I logged out and when I tried to log back on it said it couldn't verify. So I sent a reset password which was the exact same and now it shows nothing this site is some bs

Bait and switch. They list movie titles as free with ads, and sometimes that is true, but others it is not. BAIT and SWITCH pisses me off! They got me to go to the trouble of signing up by offering me a specific title to view, free with ads, and then I find my only option for the particular movie that they listed on my Roku search as free, and THEIR Vudo search title line up as free with ads, WAS NOT! I had to either buy or rent. I guess they thought I would then choose another movie to watch, free with their ads, but instead I removed their channel from my Roku lineup and will never give them another chance. Too many options available for steaming services to be screwed over by such tactics. Don't give them a try people, they are dishonest.

Do NOT use VUDU. The company will not let you EVER disconnect your credit card on their website, they will NOT ever let you deactivate your account on their. I've had to talk to three people and spend an hour of my time (which they didn't pay me for) to get this account "apparently closed", and "apparently credit card was disconnected". The people are very rude, condescending and say everything is a security thing - no it's not - it is clearly about them keeping your credit card and account, so that people and kids or anyone can hack it back open and they can keep charging you forever. Netflix lets ME be in charge and I can control everything, so I use them. Never use VUDU. Then, the "manager" lied and said account was closed until I proved it was not (actually only suspended) when I proved it by relogging back in after he supposedly deleted it. I do not like being lied to. I do not give money to companies like this with corrupt deceptive practices.

If you advertise free movies then offer free movie. This is all. I hate false advertisements or misleading ones. Be honest. Don't lie.
