VuduReviews of vudu.com

i'd give it 0 stars if i could now, flipped is not free anymore, even though it has been for a while and now i can't watch it anymore, and im not paying for that. and y'all also only make the good and older movies free for a certain amount of time and it's not fair.

If I could make it zero starts I would. Seriously not worth your time. Movies are to expensive and if your using an Xbox to look through movies it’s literally impossible to find the free movies. Worthless.

Vudu is poodu Streaming is slow not due to home WiFi bandwidth or download speeds but due to their Network. Everyone seems to have this issue.

Vudu is such trash. I can’t even watch a movie for 2 minutes without it erroring. I’ve tried resetting everything too. Stay away from this garbage. Just buy the hard copy of a movie and screw Vudu.

Vudu is trash. I bought a movie in store with a promo code for $5 off a Vudu movie, but the movie didn't have a code so I was told to contact the company giving out the promo. I contacted Vudu and over many days of going back and forth, sending pictures of the movie and stickers of the promo, they just tell me that they can't give me another code. Their customer service is trash.

Half time says content unavailable.sound doesn't match the picture. Not worth the effort.

So I bought a Samsung tab a. When I purchased it from walmart site it was suppose to give me a $40 vudu credit. I DID NOT receive it I emailed they asked for info I gave it to them then a couple days later I het an email saying they havent heard from me an now its solved. I sent what u wanted pic of box barcode an I even sent the receipt no $40 credit but its solved. So I try again to email still nothing. Uninstall this ridiculousness.

There is a reason Vudu's average rating is 1.5 stars. I would give them zero if possible. Worst customer service experience. Manipulative business practices. Complete disaster.
