vudu runs dishonest promotions and has evasive (at best) customer service. if you have any option at all, don't use vudu.

I had $40 credit from a purchase I made and was able to watch one movie for $1 before losing the rest of my credits. I had no idea they expired after only 1 month as it didn't state this anywhere on my account. Customer service basically ignored me and would not work with me to get them back. Wish I would have read reviews immediately before using this service.

Unbelievable customer service. Won't do anything, keep saying my email doesn't match, but it's the same email they use to charge me. Won't even address the issues I'm having. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY MOVIES THAT COME WITH A VOUCHER! THEY SEND IT TO ANOTHER PARTY, NEVER GET A CODE AND NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. THEY GET THEIR MONEY, YOU GET SCREWED.

Extremely upset! Iam a first time customer and I payed for a series $15.. Get this out of 10 episodes Iam only able to watch 8... I call them and ask them can they take give me a half of refund bc I wanted to finish the rest and I get told by a manager no! What a joke...This is so unprofessional. Iam done with this all

Want to watch a movie you paid for? Well too bad Vudu will let you watch 5 minutes of it and then go to a buffering screen, then a black one that doesn't go away. Fxcking cxnts can't get shxt right, read complaints.ranging back from 2013 with the same fxcking problem... it's 20fucking20 Vudu get your god damn shxt together.

I have several movies on Vudu... But if you're streaming to watch something for free... They interrupt you every 10 minutes with a freakin commercial.... By no means in best any of your money into this app.... Their customer service is trash.... And their movies that are for free you have to watch 6 commercials the 8 commercials and hour to watch it and the commercials are all exactly the same..... Yeah f**** this app

Oh my gosh, probably the worst streaming service in existence. Constantly logs me out of and then you have to type email and password with your remote control. Gosh forbid you get a letter wrong, then you have to type in the whole thing all over again. They really need to update this. You should be able to sign in via a remote device. It wouldn’t bother me that much if they didn’t log me out of the app every 2 days! None of my other streaming apps do this. I can go a year without Netflix, Hulu or Prime signing me out. Enough to make me cancel VUDU completely

Customer service is trash!!! They try everything they can to lay the blame. I have over 400 movies! I bought a 35min comedy film for $4.99 and it has one scene that was missing the subtitles. We finished the film, I verified that there should have been subtitles and then emailed customer service. I recieved a response that they couldn't do anything because we watched the whole film!!! I have had maybe 2 other issues the whole time I've had VUDU, we are talking years here and every time they drag their feet and do everything they can to make the costumer just give up the fight! I called and was grilled for my information. Okay, I get needing to make sure they have the correct account. However, email addrss, name of movie purchased, my name should be enough. Nope, addess on account needed (why? This is all digital!) Okay give the address, must match exactly. Okay, last 4 of the card used. It's on the account!!! Luckily, I had all the correct info because the rep tried 5 times to get me off the phone because my information wasn't 100% the same. Like I left off the apartment number! Rep claims I'll get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Huh, didn't take 3 to 5 days to get my money! We'll see...
