I got an account, but realized IT SUCKS, so like any normal movie site, I thought it would be an easy unsubscribe. NOPE. They've taken my money for MONTHS NOW, because the only way to unsubscribe is to email them. First off, I haven't had a single response from them. I have emailed them at least once a week because my card has been being CHARGED WITHOUT MY CONTROL. I cannot do it myself, and I cannot remove my card. They are simply stealing from me. STILL. STAY AWAY

They are taking advantage off the stay at home situation there charging 19.99 for a rental because it’s still in theaters I pay less to go watch it at theater jerks

I rented a movie but it kept shutting off in the middle of the movie. Will never buy from them again!!!!

Vudu is dishonest They send out dishonest promotional emails promising money back for participating and do not follow through. One in particular was sent with the wording that the offer was valid if you filled out the survey by the 18th. The email arrived on the 20th. I completed it because the small print at the bottom stated a survey completion date of the 22nd. They asked many detailed questions about viewing history on numerous platforms that I would not have given if not promised a $25 giftcard afterwards. Never received an email about the giftcard and when I wrote customer service they did not do anything. They have most unhelpful customer service. The app for the tv freezes all the time when watching movies. They offer highly inappropriate content for free with ads to anyone who could watch -kids etc. Going to find a service that cares.

Someone stole my code and redeemed it. I wrote them to disable the code/movie and take action against the thief. They've answered quickly, but what they wrote was absolutely irrelevant and dumb (they told me, that they can't exchange my code, but I've never asked for that). After my second e-mail they are non-responsive. As I can see, I am not the only one with this experience here. Their support practically doesn't exist. Shame.

I purchased 3 seasons of Big Bang Theory in February. They were supposed to include the digital copy on the receipt from Walmart; it did not. When I first contacted customer service they responded rapidly, once they got my proof that I did in fact make the purchase I claimed, well customer service suddenly became nonexistent. No matter how many time I contact them I have yet to hear any further response! All I want is my digital codes or my money back! This is absolutely ridiculous and I will from now on make all my purchases through Amazon!

I'm trying to stream uncut gems for 2 days no luck says network error. The time is running out on when I can watch it,done paid for it and nobody that i can find to correct it or customer service # cheat you out of money

24hrs to watch, who cares if your watch it twice. Overpriced, misleading, save your money for Amazon or redbox.
