This service is awful! Worst worst worst movie service provider ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don´t even write reviews about anything but this was worth my time writing a review because I really want people to know that this piece of crap doesn´t work well. So, never ever give your money to this stupid service provider!!! Ever!

Your review I bought the Divergent bundle of 3 movies. I was unable to play the movies for no reason. I contacted customer service and they ignored me. I finally had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I just got an email from Vudu saying that due to the charge back they have suspended my account. Good riddance. That was my first and only experience with vudu. With what’s been going on in the world, the last thing I need is stress from this company.

Trying to watch a movie that I already purchased on my computer and it says "Playback error. Oops! This title won't play in this quality on your display due to copyright restrictions." Oops! I just stopped buying from Vudu and switched to a better provider.

I rented out the movie American Sniper and was only allowed to watch 5 minutes before it kicked me out of vudu and now the app just doesn’t work even on my PC and phone I can’t get it to load almost like I got IP banned

What's the point of UHD rentals/purchases in an App that does not support 4K/UHD, I am fortunate enough to have a custom high end gaming PC as my main living room device HDMI 2.0/Display port 1.4 GTX 1080ti HiFi HDMI cable, yet app only supports SD. Any UHD watch attempt results in a HDCP failure. I am very fluent in my tech. But I contacted Vudu support just in case it was me and I made a mistake. However they were useless and tried to tell me its my hardware and I need a better GPU. Literally built this for 4K gaming/playback. THERE IS NO BETTER GPU unless referring to a 2080ti which 0.76% of people actually have. If it were my hardware NETFLIX, Prime, HULU, HBO, STARZ, Disney+ all the other streaming services wouldn't work in UHD, and yet they do watched B2B Avengers Infinity War/Endgame UHD; 1on PRIME 1on Disney+ worked flawlessly. What's even worse in their description "supports 4K" so lied in that too. Its 2020, just fix your app and quit making excuses

Locked me out of my own account. 1 star. 30 minute lock out is unnecessary. I can't watch a movie for 30 minutes with my girlfriend because I forgot my password. Extremely frustrating experience. Playstation 4 interface is terribly made, its badly nuanced and inputs letters and numbers inaccurately. Thanks for nothing.

Ordered a movie through my Walmart.com account. Walmart and Vudu both charged my account. Called Vudu to have the issue resolved. I was on hold for 10 minutes before the automated system offered a call back when a representative was available. I did not receive a call. The next day is the premier for the movie. I attempt to watch (what I have been charged twice for) through my Walmart account. It redirects me to the Vudu app that states I have not purchased the movie. I am livid at this point. I currently have one phone on hold with Walmart and one phone on hold with Vudu trying to reach someone to have the issue resolved. I even tried multiple times to have the movie air play through the computer and all I get is sound without picture. At this point I just want my money back and will never use this service again, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
