The app is horrible with the volume sound during viewing a movie. Then a commercial comes on and the sound is do loud you have to turn down the volume. movie cones back on have turn volume way up to hear it. FIX THIS PROBLEM. I dont need to hear the commercials for your promotions.

First of all ZERO IS A NUMBER AND IT SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO USE WHEN DEALING WITH COMPANIES LIKE VUDU! STRAIGHT TO THE POINT PURCHASED DADDY'S HOME PART 1 AT MY LOCAL WALMART. ACTIVATION CODE DID NOT PRINT WITH MY RECEIPT SO I CAN DOWNLOAD DADDY'S HOME 2 FOR MY SON TO WATCH!! NO, BIG DEAL I THOUGHT. I CALLED VUDU EXPLAIN SITUATION AND LONG BEHOLD VUDU WANTED ME TO EMAIL RECIEPT AND STICKER DID THAT!! SUPERVISOR TELLS ME I HAVE TO WAIT 10 DAYS FOR THEM TO EITHER SEND ME THE CODE BY EMAIL OR SOMEONE WILL CONTACT ME PHONE WITH CODE??? FOR A 5.00 MOVIE THAT CAME OUT IN 2015. I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO DO AN INVESTIGATION!! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!! NOW MY SON LOOKING AT ME LIKE WHHATS GOING ON. I SPENT 208.92 AT WALMART AND HAVE TO GO THRU THIS!! UNACCEPTABLE!!TO GET A CODE TO WATCH A MOVIE?? GO ELSE WHERE!! ILL STICK WITH HULU..COST MORE BUT HEY YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET?? NOT TO MENTION I PURCHASED MOVIES THRU VUDU BAD IDEA!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Warning - This company is terrible in every aspect of the service they offer ...... The company is terrible in every way please do not use them you will be wasting valuable time and therefore money. They fail in their technical support and they fail in customer service every time !!! I have been trying to close the account since March and they still can't do it! Even when instructing them to close the account they can't figure it out as I used a Gmail email address and Gmail and googlemail are both acceptable but if you communicate from either form of address they say they can't find the account and won't communicate to close the account as either Gmail or googlemail is not registered. If I could give this company a minus score for pure stupidity and poor customer service I would. Be warned they are rubbish!!!!!

I have liked Vudu for over a year but then a week ago someone accessed my account somehow and charged it $180. I have tried contacting them with no luck. They just want an email sent so they can bs around to not refund you. I have a code you have to enter to purchase that no one knows but me yet this is being bypassed because my card keeps being charged. You can not take your card off the account unless you add another card. This is just f...ing ridiculous. So now I have to suspend my card and order another one just to stop the charges from this f...ing app. DO NOT GET AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM.

WARNING!! They take money from single mothers and refuse to refund them! BEWARE BEWARE! Use Netflix, Hulu or any other streaming service NOT VUDU!!!! I explained to them that my babies accidentally purchased a movie for $19.99 that wasn’t viewed at any point! This happened during the quarantine caused by Covid-19. Their response? Sorry ma’am we can not issue you a refund. No compassion, no remorse! Take your services elsewhere!!!

I rented a movie tonight for $6. While watching it just stopped. I checked Netflix and other streaming and everything was fine. I called to get a refund, waited over 20 minutes. The man tells me to reboot my modem. After that it worked. When I asked if I could get the movie comped for the trouble and he said many people have this problem and that it is resolved. Over 35 minutes right in the middle of the movie and its just the way things happen. No more Vudo for me. Every vendor I have ever used always makes things right. Oh well wit

If I could give them no stars I would! They wouldn’t refund me for my 5 year old purchasing Trolls world tour for the second time because they said they told me to set up parent control but I wasn’t even aware of the past interaction for that refund so they were no help at all! I believe they may have talked to my sister who was watching my daughter. She had to talk to them so I wouldn’t find out my daughter bought movies or shows! I’m highly upset because the trolls movies was 20 freaking bucks and this the second time it was purchased! The worse part is she didn’t even watch it! They won’t help and basically said they told me to set up parent control!!! They definitely lost one valued customer & I will for sure let my family, friends, & anyone else who uses them or want to not to USE VUDU PERIOD !!
