Streaming quality is on par with other services. Good availability of titles. Payment is easy through Walmart account. Major issue with subtitle functionality. Text is really small when projecting through my laptop onto a 24" Dell monitor. Even on the largest setting in Vudu's menu, it's unreadable. The text boxes bounce all over the bottom third of the screen. It's really bad and that's a deal killer for me. Won't be going back until they get this fixed.

Vudu used to be awesome. You could share your movie library with friends and family. It was on its way to being the best streaming site, but someone dropped the ball. Now it is just a plain ole digital library.

I was a happy customer for years with VUDU, and their customer service was excellent. They never hesitate to resolve any problem(s) that I may have had, they made you not mind spending your money. They use to have it where you could delete your own movies you purchased, for whatever reason that changed, and that was alright, for I called once to remove a movie that I did not know had nudity in it, and the gentlemen removed it for me and credit me, and I purchased another movie. Neither did they always have the Parent Guide. When I realized they did, I thought WOW great! However, I see that parent guide does not always give the proper review for a movie. I purchased MIRRORS (2008) which had nudity, I'm to old for all that, which is my preference not too. I have purchase 254 movies with VUDU, and I am done with purchasing anything else. If I had not purchased another movie when they credit it to me awhile back I could see them not credit it to me again, How hard is it to credit someone that has purchased a good some of movies, So of course I told them to just delete the movie, and lose the $16 and some change. Having no problems these days was a blessing, somethings can't last forever!

We rent movies on Vudu at least once a week and also have enjoyed their free movies as well. Recently however, everytime we select a free movie, it never seems to work. It now always says the connection is bad, but somehow manages to play commercial ads and this never happens during paid movies. How ironic.

Vudu is the only app I have on my Roku that buffers constantly and says my connection isn’t strong enough. I run other apps: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon... none of them do this. Only Vudu. I’d like to be able to watch the movies I buy/rent without constant interruptions.

I purchased a physical movie that had a code that I tried to redeem. VUDU said I already owned that movie and when trying to redeem it somewhere else it says that it was redeemed through VUDU. I opened a ticket with VUDU on Aug 23, then on Aug 28 then on Sep 1 and then again today. They have completely ignored the ticket. Two weeks and not one response. I still have a ticket open from 12/12/18 that they have not bothered to respond to since they said they were working on it on Jan 28, 2019. I am kind of stuck with them after redeeming so many movies through them. I am over 700 movies but if you are starting use a different site. Now with just about all of them interlinked it makes no difference what site you use. So avoid VUDU at all costs.

Customer Service is terrible!! I found them to be rude. I guess after dealing with Amazon all the other services kind of looks disappointing. It just shows why Amazon is so big in the current world. They Value their customers. I guess I got spoiled. Anyway, very disappointing customer service from Vudu.

VUDU streaming is ok nothing special but subtitles are always out of sync and it sucks ruins the movie. Connectivity with uV is good but still fix the damm subtitles.
