Defective product, support won't respond.
I want to share my experience with VTOMAN regarding a FlashSpeed 1500 purchase. The product I received had a serious defect and potential safety concern. After reporting the issue, I was told I would receive a replacement unit. That was almost 6 months ago. Since then, the process has been extremely frustrating: * repeated shipping errors caused by their side * incorrect delivery information that I had to personally cover costs for * long delays with no resolution * constant delays and broken communication At one point I was offered alternative lower-tier models (FlashSpeed 1000 / 600), but they are not equivalent to the original product I purchased and do not meet my requirements. After months of waiting and no proper resolution, I requested a full refund instead. As of now, I still do not have a final resolution. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and make sure you are comfortable with potential long delays and poor after-sales support before purchasing.

Katastrophaler Service - Defekte Ware - keine vollständige Rückerstattung!!! Hände weg!
Bloss Hände weg - keine Funktion wie versprochen - kein Service - keine vollständige Rückerstattung der Kaufsumme!!! Wir haben mehrere Geräte bei Vtomann erworben, leider Beide defekt. Kann vorkommen - kein Problem. Es ist nicht möglich, telefonisch Kontakt zu bekommen - WhatsApp - da antwortet niemals jemand, geschweigen denn eine Lesebestätigung. Der KI-Roboter ist fit und höflich, letztlich aber hilflos. Auf unsere Mails kamen nur sporadische Antworten, Hinhaltetaktik - wir haben alles gemacht, Fotos und Videos vom Fehler gesendet - dann ein Rücksendeschein für 2 Geräte erhalten - Beide mit der gleichen Trackingnummer. Alles verpackt und gesendet...Funkstille. Wieder nachgefragt - mehrmals - dann eine Antwort, wir hätten nur ein Paket verschickt. Posteinlieferungssschein (2 Pakete) versendet - auch Fotos. Jetzt sollte das Lager den Eingang prüfen - wieder tagelang absolute Funkstille. Dann Versendung von zwei "Neugeräten"! Nach Erhalt selbiger Fehler. Wieder Fotos und Reklamation abgesendet...wieder Wartezeit. Stornierung des Kaufes angezeigt. Nach erneuter Wartezeit Rücksendeaufkleber erhalten. Alles zurückgersendet. Dann nach Woche Rücküberweisung eines Teilbetrages für zwei Pakete. Für die restliche Ware würden keine Daten für die ÜW vorliegen. Kontodaten gesendet - letzter Betrag auch nicht vollständig - rund 150 € einbehalten. Seither keinerlei Antworten auf die berechtigten Rückfragen wieso? Abzocke...und: Die Batterien sind Gefahrgut - werden aber in neutralen Pakete versendet. Beim Rücksenden werden Sie ausdrücklich auf einen "neutralen Karton" verwiesen. Es ist ein bewusster Verstoß gegen das Gefahrgutrecht!!! Anzeige ist eingereicht!!!
