***BUYER BEWARE*** VSHOW Hair company is a SCAM. The hair is trash. It smells, sheds, and mattes. They sent me a product different than what was advertised, and then asked that I write a fake 5 star review to receive a partial refund. When I did not oblige, they refused to process the refund as agreed upon. Please be advised that VSHOW pays for their 5 star reviews. I encourage you to report them to the BBB so their company can be exposed.

The weave hair I purchased was very very thin. My stylist had to do three tracks to get my hair to look decent. I ordered the Malaysia 12 inch straight weave. A complete waste of money

Curls gone after 1st wash. Might as well have bought a straight wig & curled it myself. They could atleast mention it on the product detail page of the wig that the curls wash out. I'll never buy from this vendor again.

Hair is expensive but plastic and trash, it tangles and doesn't hold a curl ...I wish I knew before I purchased this plastic not to waste my money

Do not trust this company. They send different wigs to influencers and don’t send the wig until you harass them to get it a month later. I just wanted my wig for my birthday but instead they played in my face for a month and now I have to wait weeks just to get my money back for a wig they never sent. Why advertise so much to take people’s tax refund money when they can’t do all the orders??.. so disappointed

Ordered a glueless wig with "express shipping" through this company and they have literally been "processing" order for two weeks. Reached out to the "support" grace on their website and all they said was I can get a refund if I don't want to wait and am in a hurry…if I order a wig through express shipping why would it be okay to have to wait more than two weeks just for "processing". They say they are backed up with those who got their tax refunds, yet they advertise on their site a big discount to get people's tax refunds even though they can't keep up with the amount of orders they have. Just know you'll probably wait a month before actually receiving the wig even if you get any type of expedited shipping. It seems like I’m having the same experience as someone else from a year ago where this company drags out the processing time and may not actually send the wig. It’s extremely unfortunate. Tip for consumers: Shop elsewhere if you want a site that actually follows their shipping guilds lines and won’t drag their feet with your express orders.

Placed an order from them, got a shipping tracking number two days later, but the item was never actually received by the carrier. Three weeks later, still no item has been received by the carrier, and excuses from customer service. They will take your money, but they are not shipping product.
