I paid over 300 for a pair of…
I paid over 300 for a pair of prescription safety glasses that didnt even last a year. The rubber nose guard fell apart, the lenses fell out of the frame.

A quiet waiting period
Much of this is edited from an earlier version. Tried sending an email, but their email inboxes must not work or are not checked, so I called customer service. At first the returns "specialist" would not allow me to return my pair (because they're prescription), so I had to remind him of the policy stated on the site. Told me they would need to charge a $20 restocking fee. I complied with all instructions. Shipped the glasses back, indicated my desired exchange pair on the original packing slip, received confirmation my return was delivered. That was two weeks ago. There has been no follow-up on their part. I will calmly call again on Monday. If I cannot resolve this I guess I'll write it off in my taxes as a $150 gift/donation. **Update** After I uploaded this first review the team did reach out to let me know there were supplier issues which caused the delay. I received my replacement pair about 2 weeks later and have been satisfied with it since then. I admit I did not feel great about not being told earlier about what was going on with my replacement order, but afterward my heart softened and I bumped up my score. One last note: I never received any refund, and I admittedly am not owed one, because that is the stated policy for prescription returns.

Sorry for the delay, but we didn't steal your money. We made up a pair of special made prescription glasses that didn't fit you very well. We took them back gave a full refund for the frames and gave a very special price of $20.00 for a new pair of glasses including a new frame and lenses. The replacements were delayed and should be shipping in the near future.

The frame was so small that my husband…
The frame was so small that my husband could not wear them. It appeared to be for a child. I wasted $300.00 on this purchase. If you decide to make an order from this company, please talk to a customer service representative and do not complete the order over the internet.

Sorry the glasses didn't work out for you, but these glasses were not a small frame. The dimensions were a large frame. 62/35-15-135mm I am a big guy and these glasses fit me fine. We also have a policy where you can buy the frames only to try them on.
