I ordered matte black got gloss black shipping label generated on February 6th received on February 18th seems out of sort other than that the lenses are great

The web site was easy to order through & I was called to confirm what exactly I wanted. I was very pleased with to whole transaction, & would have given a 5 star rating, except the price, way to high.

The sun clips fit great when I first got them. But after wearing them on my glasses about 5 times, they started falling off on their own. I could have gotten much less expensive clips at Walmart if I knew this would have happened!

The yellow polarized tint is a bit on the brown side, not as yellow as I like. And the frames are very straight or flat and rigid my glasses have a slight curve to them and this makes it kind of hard to put on and I worry about damaging my glasses over time using these. Quality seems nice otherwise. I hope they work better for you than me.

Glasses are great but shipping took forever. Had to call because the order never got shipped. As soon as I called they were able to expedite the shipment.

Good product but too expensive.

I paid over 300 for a pair of prescription safety glasses that didnt even last a year. The rubber nose guard fell apart, the lenses fell out of the frame.

Much of this is edited from an earlier version. Tried sending an email, but their email inboxes must not work or are not checked, so I called customer service. At first the returns "specialist" would not allow me to return my pair (because they're prescription), so I had to remind him of the policy stated on the site. Told me they would need to charge a $20 restocking fee. I complied with all instructions. Shipped the glasses back, indicated my desired exchange pair on the original packing slip, received confirmation my return was delivered. That was two weeks ago. There has been no follow-up on their part. I will calmly call again on Monday. If I cannot resolve this I guess I'll write it off in my taxes as a $150 gift/donation. **Update** After I uploaded this first review the team did reach out to let me know there were supplier issues which caused the delay. I received my replacement pair about 2 weeks later and have been satisfied with it since then. I admit I did not feel great about not being told earlier about what was going on with my replacement order, but afterward my heart softened and I bumped up my score. One last note: I never received any refund, and I admittedly am not owed one, because that is the stated policy for prescription returns.
