Very pleased for the first 2 months ,But now the lenses keep falling out of the frames clearly a design fault .Unable to make contact for help .Not fit for porpose !!!

They made lenses fairly quick, sent it then it's the end of story for them. -Your lenses are taking more than a month to depart the country and it's still stuck at the port? They don't care. -You sent them multiple emails looking for help? Customer service non-existed. No wonder there is no ETA when ordering the lenses. My VR headset's manufacturer would have published the next gen headset by the time this order arrives I assume.

Lenses arrived very quickly. I brought these for my son's VR Headset, He tried these with his oculus 2, but he felt sick while using them. I contact them to return the items within the 14days which is in their contract. I was told I could keep them and they would give me a discount code of 28 GBP for a new order towards my new prescription lense. I told them I would prefer to return them and have a full refund, then said"I would have to pay for the return postage." They gave me instructions on how to return the item, which I discovered cost me between £17.00/£21.00 and would not be reimbursed for the postage. It was stated in their Consequences of the withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), I am still waiting for my refund I can't understand how they would let me keep the useless lenses but charge me for the postage? watch out for any returns as this company doesn't keep to their clauses.
