No way to contact them for returns. Website that you are directed to doesn't work. You cannot return items, even unworn unless there are "quality problems". That was never spelled out with the sale. I'd avoid these people. I wouldn't call it a scam exactly, but they definitely don't act in good faith.

It took several weeks for my order, but it was worth the wait. I received many compliments on one of the blouses I ordered.

Ordered 3 items. 2 fit, the third does not and I requested to return. Finally got permission to return after 3 requests and being told that fit is not a reason for return. I would not order from here again.
