Received my order on time and the items were exactly as expected. Need another size and will order again.

The company steals mailing codes. My order said it was delivered to my address, but it wasn't as I was at the mailbox when it was "delivered." the site changed my mailing address but per the USPS, they will steal a shipping code so it looks like it was delivered and the company states that "maybe a neighbor picked it up for you?" TOTAL SCAM! Don't order from them!

Although shipping took a little longer than I expected, the quality of the product and the look and feel of the material is great.

I was really impressed with the quality of the sweaters I received. Shipping took about 3 weeks and communication of shipments was sporadic. But I would order again, knowing this.

Same problem as many others. :( Two of the items I ordered are great, but the third is a sweater with two different colored sleeves (quality issue, not an intentional design). It was $49. I asked to send it back and they said that was not possible and offered me a $16 refund. After a back and forth they have offered me $25, but will not go higher, and will not take it back. So now I have paid $25 for a product I cannot wear. Very frustrating! I will not buy from this company again even though I like the two other products they sent. Just not worth the risk.

Don't purchase from this company! I received a damaged shirt and asked for a full refund (and didn't want to incur any added costs for shipping the product back). I was happy to send the product back, but they said I would need to send to Dubai, which would have cost more than the price of damaged shirt! So, I didn't really have any good options. They offered me a $8 refund, and after several emails, they said the best they could do was a $20 refund (about half the value of the shirt). Not satisfied at all and will never purchase from this company again. I also wasn't impressed with the product quality. Beware.

Same issues as many others. Wish I read these reviews first. I received damaged/defective items. They offered me $7 to keep the damaged items. I paid almost $80 total. No thanks. I'm disputing it with my credit card company. I basically paid for something I did not receive/it was damaged/defective.
