Shipping took a long time.

The sweater was defective with loose threads sewn into the collar. It didn’t look like the sweater on the website. It also was not made in US like the label says and like the website promotes. When I emailed customer service that I wanted to return the defective sweater, they only offered me $8 US dollars compensation and to keep the defective sweater when I paid $47.99 plus $15 shipping! How insulting. I would never order from this company again.

Ordering has been fairly good and I would order again. I did find shipping to Canada takes about 2 weeks though so it takes some patience. I have ordered twice from here so far - 4 sweaters. 2 sweaters I loved, and 2 I am currently trying to return as they were a lot thinner than expected. We shall see how it goes with the return process. I hope it doesn’t cost me a lot for shipping since I am not in the States. EDIT: I have now had the chance to deal with their Customer Service regarding a return. While I don’t believe the company is a scam (i love most of the sweaters I got), they certainly want to avoid returns. Responses take days and they give short answers offering me some money back instead of a full refund, but I’d be able to keep my items (which I didn’t want because I don’t like how it looked on me). I offered to exchange for a different item but they only allow for size exchanges. In the end they offered me more money. I was fed up so I just accepted and lo and behold, they responded in under two hours to send me the credit. Not impressed. I may still order items if I see something that I really like and know for sure I want to keep, but I will not buy anything I’m on the fence about. PS says manufactured in North Carolina but I think it comes from an overseas supplier.

Terrible. Do NOT order from them. I supposedly had an item ship on 12/27/22. The tracking number STILL shows that the label is not yet in the system. Customer Service keeps telling me that it shipped an to be patient. I'm going to contact my credit card company today. Save yourself the headache and stay away!

Please please please please do not trust this company. They are a scam. I got a shipping notice and it never shipped. The link showed it never left and when I tried to reach out to customer service, they kept sending me dozens of random screenshots of shipping times …and when I emailed them back, they just said wait for the delivery. It’s been three months since they claim to have shipped. They are awful awful awful. Do not buy from them under any circumstances.

Worst customer service. I ordered a sweater on 12/26 /22 and apparently it shipped on 1/1/23 but when I checked the shipping status, it still says label created, not yet in system. That status has not changed since 1/1/23. It's now 1/25/23 and nothing has arrived. Customer service keeps telling me to be patient. Very disappointed!!!!

Took longer than I expected but was worth the wait! Lots of compliments on my new sweater.

Love my sweaters super warm - great material!
