I loved the sweaters once I received them. The quality is wonderful. They are both so soft and look great. However, the shipping took almost a month. An extremely long time.

I bought two sweaters and love them both. The quality is great and they both fit the way the reviews explained. They shipped in a timely manner and the tracking was sent. I will definitely be ordering more from Vrilu!

Scam. The quality is bad and they advertise FREE RETURNS on the site but you have to pay to ship it to Dubai if you want to return. Horrible experience. The customer service tried to negotiate with me to keep it and would only give me a partial refund. Run the other way

Although I like the styling of the items, their quality is definitely not worth the price. I wore a sweater once and it fell apart. When I contacted customer service, they did not do the right thing in replacing it. Instead they made me go through hoops to try to resolve the problem. Quality Guarantee is obviously just a tag line and not a guarantee for this company.
