VR Speed FactoryReviews of vr-speed.com

They had the best price. Great selection. Fast shipping. Reasonable shipping cost. Good after the sale communication. I wish their web site was easier to navigate. It would be nice to have a phone number for sales and technical support.

Very satisfied with my purchase and the fast shipment... Will definitely order from here again! Order #100007766

VR Speed caught a shipping mistake immediately and called me to rectify it. 1Z20X78X0340809764

Best price I could find by 10%

Everything was just as I thought it would be. The instructions could be better, but they sufficient. My car sounds better, looks better under the hood and more responsive at the pedal.

Great to work with. My item speed out fast. I just wish they had a bit more info online.

Hard to find / not stocked item. VR checked avaliable inventories, located, and secured a set for me. Had shipped fast and to my door within the week. Excellent servicing via email.

Well, I saw that they had the cheapest price for the Eibach sway bars. Little did I know it was going to take almost 2 months to receive it because they didn't have it in stock. I had to email them in order to find out what was going on since I didn't hear anything about anything being shipped within 2 weeks of purchasing them. They responded promptly and asked what I'd like to do. I figured, if I wanted to, I could get my money back, but I decided to be patient since I wouldn't have time to install them any time soon with finals coming up. Wish that they would send me an email first to tell me that the sways I bought were not in stock to ship instead of leaving me in the dark to wonder where my money went. Otherwise, decent company with fast email responses.
