It's not a very high-quality freezer. I have other units that I paid much more for in the past and I've never had a problem with I have to manual defrost and unplug this one every 2 weeks. There's also a leak in the gasket around the windows that we had to have replaced within 2 months of buying the freezer. We definitely have to watch out and make sure that are products don't suffer with the temperature fluctuations that it has between it's defrost cycle. Sometimes it can fluctuate between -7 and 37 degrees within an hour without being opened. This unit is not made to be open and closed repeatedly in a retail setting. It takes forever to cool back down. I can't wait till I save some more money and buy a better one

We ordered three sandwich prep tables and received everything in perfect condition. The delivery time was so quick from the day we placed out order. To be sincere, I feel I should not encounter any brake down since it a brand new equipment, but I am impressed that immediate attention was given and the problem was corrected, I now know to turn the breaker of and the front switch when the temperature start going down.
