Wow! Customer service was great. I talked to the customer service rep on the phone and he was able to assist and help in anyway possible. This was my first time buying restaurant equipment and I will definitely come back to vortex. The manager made the experience great and he was helpful with any questions I had. My equipment works like a charm and it came brand new in a box. Very clean equipment. Thanks Vortex!

I've been calling vortex and emailing (Mike the service manager specifically) for a while and havent gotten a response. We ordered a part for a refrigerator on the 7/2 and paid for the part. We received no tracking info and the part is still not delivered and Mike wont return our calls. It's been almost 2 weeks with no update. I just spoke with Angelo and he explained to me the delay, there seemed to be a lapse in communication with the shipping company and me. The good news is the part is on the way!

Ordered a 3 door refrigerator 3 months ago. It arrived within 3 days of placing the order. I had ordered a freezer early last year from a well known online retailer and I waited 2 weeks to receive it. The refrigerator has been running great and I will be buying more refrigeration from Vortex.
