I was able to locate the product needed for replacement of failed part after several failed efforts. Further, after speaking to a customer service representative and providing model information, she forwarded it to "technical support" and I received Email confirmation that the unit was compatible with my unit from VOOMI customer support the same day. The staff was very receptive and supportive in efforts to get the job done. I am confident in my repair based on their input. I'm ordering the assembly. ;)
