i ordered thermostat for my restaurant…
i ordered thermostat for my restaurant and paid for 2 day delivery by air but they sent it by ground and i got it 5 days later so i suggest don't pay extra for air shipping.

Terrible company to deal with needed to…
Terrible company to deal with needed to return an item. Took forever to get a return authorization. Then they hit me with a 20% restocking fee. Will not use them again SO VOOMI SEND ME A REQUEST TO CALL THEM BETWEEN 9 AND 9 EST TO DISCUSS THIS ISSUE AND THEY ARE CLOSED AT 6:05. WHAT A JOKE

told me they had a product in stock and…
told me they had a product in stock and charge my card and they didnt have the item very frustrating got a refund but really needed the product

They sell cheap parts
About 3 months ago I ordered a valve solenoid for my furnace humidifier, it supposed to last at least 10 years or More, in less the 3 months stopped working completely, I open a case for have a refund, they did refund, but the kept over $25 dlls, it’s not your better option to buy from them, low quality parts at higher price.

The piece was WAY overpriced for what I…
The piece was WAY overpriced for what I got. Based off their description and price, I thought I was getting the correct piece with the hose, but all they show is a box and not the item, just know it will not be what you want. My mistake was I didn't listen to the other reviews. The part I got goes for $4.50 to $7.89 where they charged $14.50 plus shipping $11.98 and if they piece weighed more then 6oz I would be surprised, so to charge $11.98 for the item to come in an envelope mailer is disgusting.

STAY AWAY!!!
STAY AWAY!!!! I would give zero stars if possible! Worst experience with any business I’ve made a purchase from in my 50 years on this earth! They didn’t have filter that I ordered, so they sent me a different version. Problem is it didn’t include a water drip tray like what was shown in the photo they listed. When I contacted customer service, I was told that they had shipped the correct filter. They were clearly wrong. The filter they sent had a different item number and was not the same as in their photo. They know they were wrong because they changed the listing for the filter as unavailable after I contacted them. After several attempts to request a return, I was finally emailed a return slip. However, I was not told that I would be paying for shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Their policy states that these charges would be waved if the wrong item was delivered. They refuse to admit that the filter they shipped was not the filter that I ordered and was pictured on their website. I will be posting this review on every site I can find!

I haven't even gotten the part yet, just purchased and it wants my rating. Because the company is using unperfected AI, and it's putting the cart in front of the horse,? , for now I give it all 1 star. Let the consumer go through the whole expirence before we ask for how are we doing. My Lord....

HORRIBLE " company "
Spent over $649 on a ridge reel assembly and they sent the wrong item. They sent a gas regulator worth $20. Bad communication. They will not start a refund until I return the item I didn't order. Which I'm sending out today. But a company made a huge mistake and are to broke to start my refund. This place is a scam. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
