In a world where it seems there is so much bad, and things going wrong, this company is proving that there are still good people and companies out there! I ordered a bracelet for my son, and after I purchased it, I noticed that I had given the wrong city for the address where it was going. I reached out, explaining my situation, and almost immediately, they responded, and said they would fix it. They very quickly did! Then a communication problem on my end, I thought it had never been delivered, but it had. I reached out to Von Riche several times, and every time they responded quickly, kindly, and professionally. They were very quick in their responses, and not once did they make me feel as if was a bother. I will definitely recommend them to others, and not hesitate to use them again myself.
