First, I screwed up the delivery address and needed to correct it once id noticed my mistake. I provided a new delivery address and they acknowledged the change immediately. Product arrived earlier than expected since I waited too long to order. Arrived 1 day before valentines day. Awesome job. Wife loved it!! Thanks Jim

Wonderful Customer service! It took a few weeks to get my order, understandably because I did have engraving added to it. Once received it is a wonderful bracelet for my grandson! I love everything about it. I was a bit puzzled by how to open the clasp to put the bracelet on and off so I emailed Von Riche. Much to my surprise they emailed me right back with instructions on how to do this. It was a very simple fix and I really appreciated the promptness. I will definitely order from this company again! The bracelets are unique and made very well.

I don’t usually order items online, but my experience with this company truly deserves to be shared. When my order arrived, one of the stones had come loose, likely due to the carrier mishandling the delicate package. I reached out to Vonriche, and they immediately exceeded my expectations. Their response was prompt, kind, and incredibly professional, and it was clear they genuinely care about their customers. I am truly grateful for the outstanding service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I look forward to purchasing gifts from them again in the future.
