I would not buy any light fixture from them. It is difficult it not impossible to get your money back if you receive a defect product. If you like their light fixture, looks like you can buy them from home depot. You would encounter much less hassle to return a defect product.

The representative was very attentive to my needs. Upon informing him about an identified discrepancy with my order, he explained the return procedures, then provided the necessary guidance to complete my return.

My light was received in a very good time frame and perfect condition. It was installed by my electrician in my foyer and looks incredible. Thanks so much for making such a great looking product. If I could post a pic I would.

The light is great but, charging $250 for shipping is absolutely criminal. I accidentally completed the order without looking at the shipping and then saw it. I immediately emailed the company to cancel the order and got no response. Two days later the light showed up.
