WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THUGS! If I could put 0 stars I would’ve! After waiting over a month, order finally arrived. I ordered this the Annabelle’s Hugs monkey for my granddaughter and received a resin statue of a baby monkey! I tried calling only to get msg that number didn’t exist. I’ve emailed many many times with no answer. My next move is to contact my bank and let them go after this sham company.

I bought the gorgeous Kinley doll,22". What i received was a 7" brown ,cheap piece of plastic with a face. So disappointed. This company goes under several different names and they are ALL just scams. I just hope this review will stop someone from falling for it. I eventually got a full refund thanks to PayPal.

What a con!!! So disappointed for what they have charged for false advertisement. People out there do not buy anything off the internet before you have researched any company who is selling such rubbish items that look nothing like their advertisements. Vonluxe you should be ashamed of yourself, your a con artist.

This seller needs to be accountable for all of the people they have scammed. They should be removed so they cannot sell anything else. What I paid for and received was two completely different things. Ridiculous! BUYERS BEWARE DONT BUY ANYTHING FEOM THIS SELLER!!!

If I could give a zero I would. Ordered lifelike baby shark & figured would be like the singing bass. Instead received terrible cloth thing that vaguely looked like a shark with cheap gear to wiggle tail. Trying to get refund is near impossible. Working with credit card for fraud.

Utter rubbish ordered and paid for automated angel wings, received a kids pair of feathers stuck on cardboard. Already in PayPal resolution centre for refund. Do not deal with the company.
