I ordered a King Charles stuffed animal with movable legs and arms. Received a rigid 3 inch high King Charles just with hair on it. This is not what I placed an order and paid for. I have been emailing the company over the last week requesting a refund and an address to which to send it back. I get offered 10% off, 3 dollar refund 7 dollar refund and get no return address .

This is the worst company that I have ever done business with. It was a bait and switch. I spent $58.78 on 2 dolls that I could have purchased for $1. When I asked for a refund I was offered $3 because times are bad and it is difficult to make a profit in the market. Unbelievable!! The company on the web is Jajajaja, which translated is Hahahaha. The official name of this company is Duo Tongguang Electronic Commerce Co., Ltd. (Vonluxe) If I could rate this experience with a negative number, I would.

This site is absolutely disgusting! I paid for a life like baby doll to be received within 5-10 working days. I received a floppy flat piece of rubber that my dog turned her nose up at. It never resembled the doll at all. It was not 17" like described. Nor was it silicon. I have sent pictures and asked for my money to be returned and they offer me 10% off my next purchase. What a joke! If your into giving your money away for free and getting no response from several emails you send then these are the guys for you. Don't be a fool and save your money and time.

If I could have given -0 stars I would have .I have ordered a real life looking dog. Advertised it looks so cute . After months of waiting , I finally got my order. Wasted $20. THE dog looks like a $2.00 dog.too bad i can't post a picture of it.
