I would have like to have given no star rating. A total scam. What I ordered finally arrived about 10 times smaller & totally different to what I ordered. The email address is fake so I cannot return the awful item. I am disgusted.

If there was less than one star that is what my rating would be....SCAM Ordered a supposed life like King Charles Spaniel.....what I got was 4" high stuffed dog.....it is going right in the trash and you should be ashamed. Foolish me, I was scammed...

I am very dissapointed in any based business that do not follow up with their customers. It is unlawful to take anyones money and not deliver the purchase. My order # 201008224853903 has not been satisfied. I paid in good faith for 3 teacup puppies that I never recieved. My sister works for an attorney and if the money amount had been any larger I would sue this company for fraud. Pay me my money back or send me my purchase is all I want. It has been over 30 days.

I paid $40 and waited 2 months for something that is worth no more than $5, so upset and disappointed

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY SCAM !! I paid over $35 for a Waldorf doll with a full set of clothes for a relatives first birthday present and got something that doesn’t in the slightest resemble a doll that I wouldn’t even give to my dog to play with !! If I could give zero stars I would !! DISGRACEFUL

Scam scam scam! Do not waste your time purchasing any product from this company. I've had to open a case with PayPal because the company will not refund my money. It's been almost a month trying to get them to refund my money. I should have known not to purchase from any company that advertises on Facebook. I learned my lesson the hard way. Over $30 spent on a cauldron trinket that could have been purchased at a dollar store in the CLEARANCE BIN. I've been emailing with one particular rep from this company since I filed my complaint with them back on the 14th after I received my item. I have about 30 emails between me and this representative for this company. They keep trying to offer me 10, 15, 30, 50% of a refund. I have explained to them time and time again that I will accept nothing less than a 100% full refund. The item that they sent me is literally the furthest thing from what they advertise. The item that they sent me is about 4 in tall by 6 in wide. They tell their consumers that they don't have anything to worry about when buying things online from them. They "understand how daunting it can be". They've asked me to close my case with PayPal. It's almost become harassment at this point. Up until I stopped responding to the emails, I would wake up every morning to a different email offering me ridiculous solutions to this problem.

BEWARE this company is a total SCAM. They use pictures of real babies then this Chinese company sent me hard plastic dolls that were nothing like the pictures. Then to get my money back was a total joke. I got only a part of my money back through PayPal, they wouldn’t even help me they only would give me what the seller would give me. They wouldn’t look into it. Now the company sells stuffed toys with pictures of live animals and such. They took all the dolls off thank goodness. But still BEWARE of this company also called jajaja.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, A SCAM! Cheap chinese company that uses photos and videos of other products and advertises they are selling them. Got scammed by their add on facebook, paid them $80 for a $10 cheap, half broken pair of angel wings that could have been made better by a monkey. Sent them several emails demanding a refund, still no response. Do not order from this company, you will 110% regret it.
