This company dose not send you out what you ordered, they send cheep plastic replacements, they won't even communicate when you have a dispute, Do not use this company

Spend my money for some things which should have been "luxury" with 50% off. What I received was TOTAL CRAP not costing 10% of what I paid (and I paid only half the price they said it costs), that you can find for 5% the total price on Aliexpress. That's complete crap shop.

This company are con artists and will rip you off. I ordered items, when they eventually arrived the items were not what I ordered, they were so cheap and tacky, and badly broken. I contacted the seller who eventually offered me half my money back. I obviously declined this. I ended up opening a dispute through PayPal. Unfortunately I have been let down by PayPal too. I emailed sender as requested, sent photos, declined their offer. Paypal said I had to return the item if I wanted a refund. I did this recorded delivery, emailed postage receipt to PayPal as requested. Paypal then refunded my postage. Now PayPal have closed the dispute in favour of the seller. When I questioned Paypal they said I had not sent the postage proof. I have resent all postage info, all tracking info from royal mail too. The package has not been delivered as there was no one in when delivery was tried. Now I am out of pocket and don't even have the junk to show for it. I am disgusted with paypal who say they vet everyone that uses them. There are hundreds of complaints about this seller. AVOID this seller!!!!

If I could rate a -☆ I would. I thought I bought grandchildren a 10 foot tall, ad showed outside of a house, witch. It was 8" tall when it arrived in a plastic bag. Doesn't stand or sit, falls over. Clothes are rags. No sounds. Absolutely trash. The company will not refund my money. Horrible rip-off!

There is no excuse for this kind of fraud. I anticipated animated puppies. I got 99cent store crap. I'm not even going to attempt to return because that would mean more money to send it back to China. I'll just donate to the toy drive and hang my head in shame for not double checking this fraudulent company. I believe in karma!! Burn in hell Von Luxe or whatever you call yourself these days!

I emailed this company before purchase to ask about delivery, the email bounced back to say the email was disabled. I then got an email from the same email 2 hours later to say I’d left something in my basket and was there a problem! It also said if I had a problem to reply to the email so I did and again it bounced back saying disabled. I have now removed the items from the basket!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!😡 I bought a dog from them, they advertised and showed a video of this dog,walking,playing etc.. just like a real dog would, first off it took numerous emails to try and find out where my order was as it had been 3 months and still no dog!!!! Finally after about 3 1/2 months my dog arrives! I was so excited to open up box and play with it! When I opened it up..OMG!!! there in the box was a 4 inch dog that does absolutely NOTHING😡😡😡 I was floored!!! Especially after what I paid for it!! Its a piece of CRAP! Still no money back not to mention they dont even answer my emails anymore!! How do they get away with screwing people over like this!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, OR YOU WILL BE SO VERY SORRY!!

Ik ben erin getrapt. Heb een “levensecht” hondje gekocht voor $ 29,98. Het leek er niet op en het was nog geen euro waard. Jammer dat ik geen foto’s kan plaatsen.
