Ordered paint roller set a month ago. I paid express shipping with the belief this company was from the U.S. as advertised. It’s been a month. I was told they will not refund my money because the order was shipped. They told me I had to be patient!!! Will not even refund the additional shipping I paid! Clearly company doesn’t even operate from the U.S. There should be some kind of warning or safety net in our country against companies like this!! Beyond angry over all of this yet nothing I can do over this company that is clearly from China.

This is a fraudulent company that takes your money and never ships your order. Dosputed charge woth credit card company, got my money back

It is a scam calling better business and let them know. Order the paint complete paint brushes and never got them. Scam Scam. Folks do not order ooo pooo from these scam folks who are going to hell

Found Advert on Facebook, bought a wig(short pixie),paid by PayPal, waited for over 2 months for delivery, sent wrong wig (bob style with mid parting and shedding a lot),emailed customer service at lovoking.com with no response after 10 attempts with the 14 days return window. Still no response. I have since seen same ads under different shop names with same customer service email address ( service@Lovoking. Com)I,m very frustrated.

I email them several times to cancel my order. It took awhile for them to email me back. When they did they actually ask me why I want to cancel my order. So here I go emailing them back and they told me it was shipped out so they can’t cancel it. They didn’t give me a tracking number either. It’s a SCAM
