Order my paint roller in March and it finally arrived the 2nd week of May. It was missing parts and is unusable so I notified the company about rectifying the issue. First the offered me compensation of $3 and then $5 which I told them was unacceptable and that I was opening a case thru PayPal. They then told me to send it back at my expense and they would issue me a full refund. Well I’m here to tell you I don’t care how much it cost to ship this P.O.S back because this scam company is going to refund my money one way or another. Like most things that come out of China (besides the Wuhan Virus) it’s cheaply made and doesn’t last long. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Wish I would have read these revues beforehand. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!!!!

My experience with this company was terrible. First it took forever to get products, then they were not the same as what was ordered. Texted them and was told they don't have the exact wigs I ordered only similar ones. Asked for refund, will only refund $4. Don't do business with them.

What everybody else here had to say. Opened a PayPal case because my order was taking forever and I kept getting bogus feedback from the company. Finally, two paint rollers arrived - not at all as described. Weeks later, PayPal is offering a full refund - as long as I am willing to ship the two rollers to China at my expense. AVOID THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY!

If I could give 0 I would I ordered my stuff ON April 16th with FAST delivery. I still Do not have it and it is May 31st. I think they are a CroCK.

I ordered a paint roller. It has been 7 weeks and no delivery. I was provided a tracking number that does not exist in any system, including the link they provided me. I asked for a refund, and they will not give me a refund. This company is a scam!!

I will never use this company. How long should I wait to get my order? My project has done. You never even updated anything. Very bad customer service

This is a fraudulent company, they took our money and never responded, it has been 2 months so far and still they didn't deliver the items not refunded our money. Will post this every every day to alert people and will do my best to report this till the website is blocked!!!

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Been over a month and my order hasn't moved. I keep emailing them and they don't reply except for one time to say my order is in transit and is on the way. My tracker shows it has been sitting in Englewood California since May 6th. (I don't even believe that) For those in the same boat, just contact your credit card company and dispute the charges. My money is now back in my account. Scam artists at best. They can go to hell for wasting peoples time.
