I purchased this product at the May 4 and still have not received it. After 3 months of tracking the package, it says it was delivered 6/6/2020 to Shrevesport, LA. I live in NY, not LA. I have never in my life experienced a company like this. The customer service is awful and very uncooperative.

Awful customer service. Ordered the product in March still hasn't arrived and its mid July. Don't buy any of there product, they are very bad company....

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Awful customer service. Ordered the product in April, still hasn't arrived and its mid July. The first tracking number they gave me was for somebody else. I tried emailing to cancel my order 3 minutes after placing it (which is acceptable based on the details on their website) and they claimed "it has already been sent". I then received the shipping email over a week later - so clearly it hadn't been! They then claimed my order was sent back from customs and they have resent it again - AFTER I already asked to cancel the order. Still went ahead and resent. Still don't have the item and finding it near impossible to get my money back.

TRASH!!! I ordered it 3 months ago and haven't received it yet. Won't even respond to me regarding a refund.

Bought in April just now received the 10th of July, the small roller does not roll.. pretty sure that was the whole point of the product? The large roller only has 1/2 a handle. You can see there is a piece missing to the handle, not worth the money or time I spent waiting for this item.

What a joke. Ordered 4/23/2020 and received 7/10/2020. Came in plastic bag. No instructions and broken.

Worst company ever !! It’s a scam I ordered a month ago . Several emails later . They keep saying it’s in transit . They are lying . I should have checked out company first
