I, too ordered the 17” realistic Journey Reborn Baby girl with open eyes. Paid $29 plus shipping and was so excited as I tracked my doll from China to my door. It finally came and was a flawed 6-inch thin rubber-like doll that was not realistic, had no joints, and was clearly not worth 29 cents. I was livid. Found an email address that I wrote to, telling them that they are crooks. I got a response that was nothing but a bunch of overly polite double talk with no offer to remedy the situation. PLEASE!! DO NOT BE SUCKED IN BY THEIR FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS ON LEGIT NEWS APPS. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL BE DONATING TO THEIR DISHONEST CAUSE. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star its a scam on top of having stage 4 cervical cancer I have to deal with this, I have had the same problem as all these other people I would post a picture of the hard plastic $1 doll I got I paid over $40 but there is nowhere to send it back to NOWHERE!!!! I AM SO ANGRY and on top of all that now I have a little girl that is heart broken

I ordered a 17 inch that cost me $35.00. It wasn't worth $1.00. To send it back it says I need the original packaging and it came in a plastic bag with no way to tell where it was from. This company doesn't deserve any stars.

CROOKS! THIEVES! CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I paid $20+ for the first doll I ordered. It took forever to be delivered and in the meantime they had a sale and I ordered another one for $45 from a Mr Guzman. The original doll order was then delivered. It was junk, nothing as advertised at all. Three days later the second doll, even smaller and junkier, was delivered. I mailed it back. They first said they'd give me a credit. I told them, "You cheated me twice, why would I want to buy anything else from you?" Then they said I could keep the doll and they would refund me $2. I told them they were out of integrity, thieves and should be in jail.

Ordered their "Paint Kit" - in APRIL - for painting projects I finished in June. They offer "express shipping" but don't bother to tell you that you have to wait for this stuff to arrive from China. They were completely unhelpful when I asked where it was and why the delay, just continuing to redirect me to a site with a tracking number that said it's still in port in LA. I FINALLY received this nearly 4 months later and it's chintzy. And, apparently, whether you receive it or not, they have a "no refunds" policy once you've ordered and they have shipped. Don't bother buying from them.

They don’t even deserve 1 Star, this is a complete fraud and scam. I bought one of the realistic baby dolls and what I got was a plastic baby doll you can get for a dollar at the dollar store and I paid $25 for it. Don’t buy anything from them, they show you something completely different from what your going to get. When you see ads for this website the authorities should be contacted to see if they can do anything to shut them down.

I ordered the roller paint brush set and the extension pole, after waiting for over a month I had to email them, they finally sent the paint brush roller, but not the extension pole. Mind you the brush took over 3 months to arrive. I emailed them again, now they say the warehouse sent both products and the order has been completed, I think I would know if both products arrived together! They are crooks! Never order from them!

My sister ordered 4 dolls from this company and she never received a single one of them! This is a scammers page as well as a scammer company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! You'll never get your money back. And when trying to contact someone over this issue.....well good luck with that because they will not contact you back nor will they take a call from you. They don't even deserve one star! Save yourself the trouble and money and order from another company!
