This company is a FRAUD The doll I ordered for my granddaughter wasn't the one when received. She was horrified! You have until tomorrow to give me a TOTAL REFUND the authorities are ready to take over

Rip off same as everyone else. Their address is 2/62 Salmon Street Port Melbourne. I suggest everyone visit them to return their products if they do not respond. Their customer help email address does not work either. So I will be paying them a visit directly in person for a refund.

Total scammers. I can’t believe I spent $55 only to get blocked and ignored for my order. I hope they rot in hell.

Vonluxe.shop lost my mom's order took 2 week's to find it. I just got 4 of them in the mail today and they are not what I ordered they are so tiny they remind me of a dog toy. None of their phone numbers work not even their e-mail they keep getting rejected. Please do something about them.

This is a total rip off. I am trying to get a refund. The doll came and it is only the size of me hand and doesn't have any clothes. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!

Be careful! It is a SCAM. I have the same problem other people hear had. I was talking to them by email and they kept on offering me a 20% discount for my next purchase, a $3 and then, a $6 refund. However, when I tried to answer their message today it was not possible. The account was disable... I expected an inferior product due to its price, but never such an outrageous thing. And yes... I also have a very disappointed girl here... I junt wanted to be refunded, a right displayed on their website when you are shopping with them. I will report them to FTC.

I purchased 2 dolls from Vonluxe online store also known as jajajaja on Aug 4th, 2020. A week went by and nothing was shipped out. I emailed them three times asking them for shipment confirmation, I kept getting responses in broken English telling me that my items were going to ship within 48 hrs from receiving payment. 48 hrs passed and nothing was shipped. I notified Paypal, about not receiving my dolls and Vonluxe bad reputation as scammers and fraudulent selling activities. Paypal got me a full refund within 24 hours from me filing my claim.
