VonluxeReviews of vonluxe.shop

It’s obvious this site is a scam and the Chinese company operates under various names - Vonluxe. Beto first 1 and Ccchose ( animals) but also many others. I list £31. I’ve opened a dispute with PayPal but they say although they found in my favour I have to send the scam item back AT MY EXPENSE. Errr. No! Facebook allows them to advertise and are not bothered. As long as they get their £’s of these rogue company’s. We should all join together. I can accept the loss of my money - I was gullible. But some people ordered three dolls for their grandchildren. So wrong.

Would give a minus rating if I could!! I ordered 2 beautiful dolls from this place and received the same cheap, naked $1 doll that everyone else apparently received. I was ripped off $56. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! TOTAL SCAM!

I bought a doll it was a reborn baby girl and all I got was a little plastic 1.00 store 7 inches. I want my money back back this was a scam.

I am in the same situation everyone else is. I also wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered! I am absolutely sick to my stomach! Can we even get our money back or file something? Something should be able to be done!! I want my money returned and this website shut down!!

I ordered my granddaughter a “realistic baby doll, named Kinley”. Which the picture shows this beautiful 22” baby described that looks real & feels real. Well, I get this awful looking tiny (fits in the palm of my) Cheap piece of junk that is absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. I paid $36.00 and it seriously is not worth even $1.00. How can this even be allow? I plan on reporting this false company to the better business bureau! DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM THIS FALSELY REPRESENTED COMPANY. Should had figured coming from China

pusieron una foto original del producto y mandaron una copia y bastante mal fabricada.El monito que vi no era nada parecido a lo que recibi.Por favor me siento que he sido concientemente estafada y timada.

Wish I had read these before I bought. what a SCAM. Doll is not worth $3. No hair, no bottle, no pacifier, no clothes. Just a dollar store plastic doll

I guess the joke is on me.... wont be getting that 50$ back. This company is jajajajaing all the way to the bank. It sucks because your probably reading this review after you've been duped.
