Excellent experience. From the time I enquired on when a certain color will be available until I received the briefcase. Igor answered all my questions and carefully checked on where I want to place my initials, which font and what size. Shipping was way faster than I expected considering it was an international one. The briefcase “No.1” is such a fine piece, love all details and the leather feel and smell. The craftsmanship is second to none. Very pleased with my purchase and confident this will last.

Beautifully crafted leather item. The zip is also a high quality, and works very well. The customer service was exceptional. Postage and delivery was extremely quick and efficient (from Australia). I would highly recommend any of these leather garments/ accessories. Thank you so much Igor (and team)!

what made my experience great was one the high level and top tier customer service from Von Baer (Igor). The prompt response to any of my questions and quick delivery of my purchase was excelllent. The unboxing is also a quite a wonderful experience. It comes professionally wrapped in quality packaging and presentation. You get the immediate feeling that this is a high quality purchase. Also the quality and design of the #1bag and the #3 briefcase that I purchased is OUTSTANDING. Yes, I purchased both the #1 and the #3. I was so impressed with the high quality of my first purchased #1 bag that I decided to buy the #3 briefcase. The #3 just came in the mail. I have been getting a multitude of compliments on my #1 from the quality of the leather and as well as the design of the bag.I will certainly be a long time customer of Von Baer and look forward to buying more of their outstanding leather products.

Excellent experience overall which matches the quality of the product! Superior craftsmanship and built! Please check the size of the inside sleeve as mine didn’t fit the surface pro! No regrets though!

They were not only great to work with, but they delivered both the bag and a lovely extra gift incredibly quickly. I've already received lots of compliments on the bag and have only so far used it to fly to and from my summer vacation, so it definitely makes an impact.

I received a bag as a gift that wouldn't have been my first choice on the website but Igor was EXTREMELY helpful and allowed me to return the bag for one that i LOVE! He was very quick to reply, the bag was sent back priority so I could get my new bag quickly, and now I have a leather bag that I love and will use forever. Thank you, Igor!
