Hello John, As communicated during the pre-return process and outlined on our website, returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and complete with their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, it was evident that the wallet had been used, with card marks visible and other signs of wear. Proof of this inspection was provided to you, but we did not receive a response in more than 2 weeks. These conditions make the item ineligible for a refund under our policy, which is standard practice to ensure all customers receive products in pristine condition. Additionally, it is perfectly normal and widespread for production to take place in one location while distribution happens in another.
