Have used Volusion for many years now. It doesn't feel very leading edge, but it's stable. Have researched other hosts but frankly, none of them sound any better. I can customize just about anything in regards to Volusion to make my site the way I want it (assuming I have the coding skills to make those changes). Their weakness has always been support and that's still true. I hate bandwidth fees when my site is so light weight. Seems like 404 errors from people who are trying to access pages on other sites but entering our URL are our biggest bandwidth drains. It hardly seems fair that I get stuck paying for those as there's nothing I can to do prevent people from entering urls that have never existed on our site.

I am not extremely computer savvy. Volusion has helped me a lot with my store. The only complaint that I have is their fraud alert system. Their is always a 1% fraud rating. Then when there have been 10 of them, they don’t give one. I don’t think they should charge for extra fraud ratings.

your representatives are very cordial my main complaint is that they're under-educated and lack the ability to provide enough information past basic set up mode - and this has been a complaint of mine for a while they don't seem to know much about themes, for example, other than what's already available in the knowledge base and don't provide a contact who may know more

Volusion is a good and easy to use platform for ecommerce websites. Probably doesn't have enough bells and whistles for larger B2B companies (doesn't handle taxing customers well), but it works!

With the PayPal problems now solved, I am pleased with the website. Thank you.

I think that the Volusion team is awesome. They are well knowledge and always there to assist you with all of your questions. My only reason for a 4 is I think they could use some improvement on platforms in Canada that we use for our banking and shipping needs.
