Look...what I find since signing up May of 2017 and taking the months to build my site to August 2017 launching it only to learn by January 2018 that I don’t know how to bring business to my site. And discover, a SEO expert will work on SEO or what it takes to bring business without guarantee for $800+ per month...where does Volusion think I can come up with that amount on a monthly basic’s and no guarantee’s! So now I find myself researching courses, short courses mind you don’t won’t take my rent payment and other needs to stay warm and safe. A system needs to be in place for one on one training for me to learn the key words, the applications, the etc.... You guys should know what I am trying to say! Nothing was mentioned for me (us) to make money...this is where I am at. What I don’t like is paying someone to do something and I am not learning from it....I am not doing it, I am not having someone by (side by side) me coaching me through the steps to SEO Meta Data, etc.... Thanks....

Chat support is slow. Getting fairly technical tech support is tough. SSL certificate issues are a worry.

Need to improve their reporting capability

The customer service reps are very polite, but I changed my plan three months in a row and it was not done until the third time. I paid twice my monthly charge for two months.

Most of the tech people are very good, but when they run into something unfixable, they tell me to put in a suggestion for a change. Done that, and months later, nothing has changed. For example, the smartphone app... many problems, two years now, no changes.

Volusion is good but has some shortcomings such as inventory control over multiple sales channels. Also their reporting could use some work. They rolled out a new feature called fraud score, but it is a paid add on, which does not help us. It seems like pretty much everything they offer costs extra, so we already pay a great deal to them and do not appreciate everything being "al a carte".

I am a fairly technical user, but I am not a computer programmer nor web specialist. Normally my interaction with Volusion is great, with them taking the time to slow down the communication so that I can understand what is needed. But this time I was a bit overwhelmed with the technical jargon and what impact it had on me and my site. My normal rating for Volusion is 5stars, but today was a bit off.

We need better sorting of reports. We need to be able to select the fields tht we need without having to download the full database. Everytime we need to do a report for the month, we have to download the full data base to do it.
