While Volusion isn't entirely bug-free, kudos to tech support rep Jeff R. for providing excellent service! He responded quickly to address my issue and followed up to make sure everything was completely resolved.

Jeff R at Volusion support is excellent! I called him on a Monday morning with an important issue, and he was so pleasant and had a good sense of humor that brightened my Monday morning. Turns out I was making a careless mistake on my end with a file setting, not a problem in the Volusion platform - he helped me figure it out and went of his way to make sure I didn't feel silly for missing an obvious setting. Thanks to Jeff R for the help and for making my Monday morning better!

I called the tech support, and after a few short minutes of explaining the first problem, he had the solution. He took me to it, and it was fixed immediately. Same thing with the second issue: he told me how to get to it, so I remember I got to it. I fixed it, and it was perfect. Excellent guy.

Jeff from the Volusion support went above and beyond to investigate my shipping problem. He researched the issue and explained the solution in detail. He didn't have to go as far as he did but I really appreciate it. The entire Volusion team has always been there for me. They are the best.
