VolusionReviews of volusion.com

Site is VERY clunky,, I would suggest they look at what it takes to create a listing on ebay. I can do 20 listings on ebay in the time it takes to do one on Volusion,, anyone ever hear of drag and drop pictures in listings,, HOLY C**P the time it takes to get pics up,,, They have JUST begun on shipping, have not tried the "app" just wish I could go to "Process Orders" and ACTUALLY process orders,, like we do on ebay,, once again I process about 50 orders a day on ebay and I can print my labels in less than 10 minutes. With CLUNKusion it takes me an hour to do maybe 10. They need to hire an ebay "Power Seller" to guide them on HOW to design a platform that is PRODUCTION friendly,,

Volusion cannot bcc Trustpilot on the shipping/tracking emails sent to customers on our store. They only allow the bcc to happen on an order confirmation. This opens us up to negative reviews for cancelled orders due to using stolen credit cards/fraudulent sales on our site. Now we have to do it manually, which is a pain. I would recommend using a different e-commerce platform that is more user friendly.

Lousy support for even premium level customers. Over ten years it's deteriorated to aweful.

Volusion is clunky and confusing, with lots of bugs deeply embedded into the user experience. Sometimes it seems like you added a feature, then some update half broke it, but you left the feature in anyway. Things other eCommerce platforms do in a breeze take hours of frustration on Volusion. (Like photo thumbnail resizing and adding images.) I read that the original founders have returned to Volusion, so maybe some of these things will be addressed.

Our site has gone down several times within the past few months and we don’t change anything on the back end as far as redirects, hosting, or IP info. Also, we have had some major slowness lately. This could be because we have a large site but they make it seem like they can handle large sites. So hopefully they get that stuff internally running smoothly because the downtime and slowness is costing us. But other than that the past 4 years with Volusion has been pretty okay.

Not a great platform. My biggest gripe is that my customers cannot keep the contents in their shopping cart between sessions, or across devices. We sell wholesale and our buyers fill their carts over time and then check out. This is a real deal breaker for us. We're in the process of converting to Shopify.

Longtime customer and the title says it all. We are in the process of finding a new store.

Support is not responding to us. We have problems with our storefront, I have a ticket with Volusion since Friday, I followed up again today, and I reached out through the chat portal, and no one is responding. It has been 4 days since our store has not been working properly, and we are ready to look at other vendors if this is the level of service that we can expect.
