Great company

Volusion is a great company to work with. Their products are creative, innovative and fresh and they do updates regularly. Their support staff are wonderful - both direct by phone and chat as well as through tickets. They will not give up on a query until it has been resolved. They recently reduced their 24/7 phone support to close during early morning hours which is harder for overseas clients in different time zones but ticketing and chat is still exceptional and available during these hours. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our site has been with Volusion for 8 years and in that we have found immediate response to questions and sometimes they even go beyond the topic to provide more information which helps our business.

Tech Support is usually 24X7, and quick. I wish the store ID would be put somewhere on the main dashboard, along with links so I don't have to go to My Volusion. The system works for me.
