I have called many times with questions and each time I am serviced efficiently with tremendous patience (sometimes my questions are "duh" questions). I am always thrilled with the help I receive.

Shauna Cassity is our new Volusion Enterprise Account Manager. We have been using the Volusion Consumer Web Store since Year 2010. When I received my last quarterly invoice from Volusion, I was surprised to see a significant dollar increase (due to bandwidth overage charges). The invoice had always been a constant amount in the past. Modifications were made to provide a “better customer experience” to our Volusion Consumer Web Store front-end. We did not realize the effect on the bandwidth usage. I contacted Shauna. She politely and professionally explained our options. We choose to upgrade our agreement from 150 GB per month to 500 GB per month. Turns out, we will be saving money while receiving the increased bandwidth limit! I am an artist, selling my art on my store. I do not have the technical brain or patience to learn to code, and Volusion makes it easy to make updates and changes to my site. Whenever I have a technical question or problem, they are right there with the answer. I highly recommend them for anyone interested in opening an online store.
