Amazing Technical Assistance
First, Volusion is incredibly user friendly. I do not possess formal training in e-commerce, and the program is intuitive. Second, when I required assistance, the Volusion tech team was beyond fantastic. They take the time to teach and empower their customers. Every single call resulted in the issue being resolved and often, they went above and beyond the call of duty. I am not able to say enough good things!

Thumbs for Volusion
As always, not everything is perfect out of the box. As a merchant located outside of the US, tax and pricing options are less than perfect. Payment integration is a point which could be improved. They also used to have a lot more themes. But in general it's a great solution even for small businesses like me. Simple enough to handle yourself and lots of possibilities for customization. Customer support has always been very responsive and very competent. What's best about Volusion and sets them apart from many of its competitors is that they don't charge any transction fees. Very happy so far.

Volusion makes it easy to create an e-commerce site. The tools are easy-to-use, there is a lot of support, and my sites look great!

Working with the Marketing Team
Yes. I was very happy with the way the marketing team. They were very knowledgeable and available. They handled my dilemma very well. I was able to cancel my marketing plan so that I can use the funds for a new marketing venture. I will definitely be using them again.

As I started my new business 3 years …
As I started my new business 3 years ago the vast task of creating a website that could take safe payments was overwhelming. A friend told me about Volusion. I have had NOTHING but a GREAT experience. I am hard to please as I give exceptional service and I can say that Volusion is one company that can rival my service. 24/7 NEVER an attitude when I need help and some of my questions I am sure are annoying!! I have never had an issue with my site not once. Really, I can't say enough about Volusion. I am a customer for LIFE!!

Great Experience!!
After switching to Volusion a couple of years ago, we have noticed an increase in sales and customer satisfaction. Whenever there is a tech issue, it's so easy to call the 24 hour support and get help immediately. Overall working with Volusion has been a great experience!!
