Adding store categories, products and overall store use it's easy and very convenient. Customer service though has decrease dramatically this past year, if you want to chat with a representative you might have to wait a few hours to get a reply. Once you get the chance to speak with a representative you should be fine because they are very helpful and really care about providing and excellent customer service. I would like to thank Jeff R for his excellent customer service and Dan for helping me improve the website design

After spending a great deal of time shopping around, I decided to go with the Volusion platform because of their modern, clean templates and self proclaimed excellent support. While I have used Volusion with another company to my satisfaction this was a new venture. We had a few challenges at the outset but it was not the fault of Volusion and the support team jumped on the case helping us resolve the issues...with a smile on their face.
